We are lucky to design within the perennial gardens at the Edward T. Gignoux Courthouse in downtown Portland. We add a new colorful display each year, gradually increasing the perennials and accentuating with annual bloomers that put on a show. We love that these gardens provide enjoyment all season for visitors and locals alike, and that they create little pockets of lushness within all the hardscape downtown. The corner shown above is a great spot to stop and sit, especially once it’s exploded with flowers.
