The planters surrounding the parking areas at the Portland international Jetport provide a pop of color and seasonality to spark curiosity for travelers. They shift seasonally, and we’ve been exploring the use of perennials that grow and change over the course of the year. Grasses and heucheras are mainstays, and we love to play with long-season annuals that reach, grow, and spill over the changing seasons.
